Quality Control

Quality at Every Stage

Across all three facilities, USCG applies a consistent quality control framework — from raw material intake through to final shipment documentation.

Inspection

Every incoming batch is inspected for quality, origin documentation, and compliance with USCG standards before entering the processing line.

Sorting & Grading

Products are mechanically and manually sorted by size, weight, quality grade, and visual appearance. Off-grade material is separated and handled appropriately.

Packing

All products are packed in appropriate, export-grade packaging — clearly labeled with product details, grade, weight, lot number, and origin.

Documentation

Full export documentation is prepared for each shipment: packing lists, certificate of origin, phytosanitary / gemological certificates, and customs declarations as required.
